With a vote by the players, the Milwaukee County Renegades have officially accepted the invitation from the Northern Lights Football League for the 2012 season.

The NLFL is a league that was created last year with rules and policies that benefit each and every team while creating a fun atmosphere for players and fans alike. The league now consists of 5 teams with the possible expansion of a 6th team.

Running from late May through July, the Renegades will once again be playing football throughout the summer, opening up opportunities for those that could not play with us in previous seasons due to school obligations. This will also allow the Renegades to possibly play in a fall tournament, if an invitation is given.

The Renegades are very enthusiastic about joining the NLFL and what it has to offer to not just our team in general, but directly to our players and our fans. We feel that the mission of the NLFL aligns well within what we are seeking in a league.

Anyone player interested in playing for us for the 2012 season needs to fill out the online registration and also sign a team contract. Contracts are available off of our downloads page and can be mailed or dropped off at our next team meeting. Contracts will also be available at our next team meeting.
