Looking for Players for 2010 Season
With an application deadline coming up soon, the Oak Creek Renegades are looking for players to add to their roster. When the Renegades send in their application, a roster must be submitted as well and the bigger the roster, the greater chance of the team getting approved for the 11-man league.
After having gone 0-10 last season, the Renegades will be opening up the starting positions and creating position battles at all the positions. So, new players will get the same chance to earn a starting spot as returning players. The best players, that show up to practice on a regular basis, will play.
Interested players should have a minimum of high school experience and general football knowledge. Post-high school experience is preferred whether it be college, semi-pro or even professional experience.
With a significant amount of players returning along with the addition a lot of new players, the Renegades look to be competitive in 2010. However, the Renegades are far from satisfied when it comes to the roster.
More recruitment meetings will be scheduled in the coming weeks, so anyone interested can attend those meetings or you can contact team owner, Patrick Hansen, at phansen@oakcreekrenegades.com
